Located on a working farm outside Underberg, in the Southern Drakensburg, the House at Glengariff promises hours of fun for the older and younger members of your family.

The House has a rich history. It was built of sandstone in the early 1900’s, but has since been renovated and refurbished. If you are family that loves to fly and wishing to fly in, there is a well-maintained airstrip on the property as well.

At this self-catering, farm-style accommodation, expect to relax and breathe in the fresh country air, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Because of its location, the House at Glengariff also offers a wide array of activities and adventures.

Activities at House at Glengariff

There is plenty to keep you and the kids busy at the farm for days. From trout fly fishing, nature walks, hiking, cycling to canoeing – and everything in-between, you will have a hard time deciding what to do.

The farm also offers lamb holding and feeding activities (in season), which your kids will love. They can also feed the cattle on the farm during their stay and enjoy pony rides, which can be arranged in advance.
